A Petition to wind up the above-named company of London Foods Distribution Ltd (11328516) of Unit 6 & 10 Emlyn Street, Farnworth, Bolton BL4 7AQ, previously of 3 Brooks Parade, Green Lane, Ilford IG3 9RT United Kingdom, Unit 6 & 10 Emlyn Street, Farnworth, Bolton BL4 7AQ (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Wholesale of fruit & vegetables, presented on Monday 24 October 2022, at 10:00 by TWO COUNTIES FOODS LIMITED, of Westgate House, 87 St Dunstans Street, Canterbury, Kent CT2 8AE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business & Property Courts of England & Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 07 December 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
