A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 4 Harley Street London W1G 9PB presented on 17 October 2018  by 4 HARLEY STREET LIMITED  whose Registered Office is at  Clarence Thomas Building PO Box 4649 Road Town Tortola British Virgin Islands claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ  on 26 November 2018 at 10:0010:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on 23 November 2018.

A copy of the Petition will be supplied by the undersigned on payment of the prescribed charge.
