At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 28A Hambalt Road, London SW4 9EF on 31 July 2020, the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as Ordinary resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James E Patchett (IP No. 9345) and Martin C Armstrong (IP No. 006212) both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to distribute any of the company’s assets in cash or and specie”.
