“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Patrick Durkan, of Durkan Cahill Limited, 17 Berkeley Mews, 29 High Street, Cheltenham, GL50 1DY, (IP No 9583) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
