At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ on 29 June 2018 at 11.15 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Michael Colin John Sanders (IP No. 8698) and Georgina Marie Eason (IP No. 9688) both of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly and separately."
