At a General Meeting of the above named company held at 113-115 Edinburgh Road, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, Tyne and Wear, NE32 4BB on 19 August 2022, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Fender (IP No. 6898) and Sandra Fender (IP No. 23272) both of Sanderlings Accountancy Services Limited, Sanderling House, Springbrook Lane, Earlswood, Solihull, B94 5SG be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”

At the subsequent creditors decision procedure on 19 August 2022, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Andrew Fender and Sandra Fender as joint liquidators.
