NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Company are convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 1 July 2019 at 10.30 am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

At the meeting, creditors will consider the approval of the pre appointment remuneration.

The convener of the meeting is the Board of Directors.
