"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Neil Maddocks (IP No. 9239) and Rob Coad (IP No. 11010) both of South West & Wales Business Recovery, Orchard St Business Centre, 13-14 Orchard Street, Bristol, BS1 5EH be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
