At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 11.00 am on 31 March 2020 at Manor Farm, Coxwold, York, YO61 4AB, the following resolutions were passed as Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Antony Willis (IP No. 9180) and Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
