I refer to Rule 4.139(4) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 and hereby give you notice that on 30 July 2021, LOGICIEL SOFTWARE CONSULTANCY LIMITED (“the Company”) passed a resolution for voluntary winding up and appointed Stuart John Rathmell of Stuart Rathmell Insolvency,Egyptian Mill, Egyptian Street, Bolton BL1 2HS as its Liquidator. The winding up is a members’ voluntary winding up: prior to the passing of the resolution for winding up the Directors of the Company gave a declaration of solvency, to the effect that, having made full inquiry into the affairs of the Company, they had formed the opinion that the Company will be able to pay its debts in full together with interest at the official rate within a period of 12 months from the commencement of the winding up.
