At a general meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held on 30 June 2022, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Lowes (IP No. 9194) and Stephen Mark Powell (IP No. 9561) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 5 Prospect House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Way, Southampton, SO14 3TJ be and hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and that any power conferred on them by law or by this resolution, may be exercised and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.”
