Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 17 March 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth Howarth of Path Business Recovery Limited be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up".

At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same day Gareth Howard was removed as liquidator and Conrad Alexander Pearson (IP No. 014732) and Julien Irving (IP No. 13092) both of Mazars LLP, One St Peters Square, Manchester, M2 3DE were appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.
