“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Pallott (IP No. 023650) and Adam Harris (IP No. 015454) both of Mazars LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine's Way, London, E1W 1DD be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
