At a general meeting of the Company duly convened and held at 2 Cavendish Square, London, W1G 0PU on Thursday 14th March 2019 at 9.45am the following resolutions were passed:

(a) Special Resolution

That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

And

(b) Ordinary Resolutions

That Joan Houston, Houston Hunter, 32 Shandon Drive, Bangor, Co Down be appointed as Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Company.
