At an extraordinary general meeting of the Creditors of the above-named company duly convened and held at Unit A1, Boucher Business Studios, Glenmachan Place, Belfast BT12 6QH on Tuesday 29 May 2018 the following Special Resolution was duly passed

That the company should be wound up on the grounds that it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and pay its debts and that James B Kennedy of James B Kennedy & Co, Unit A1, Boucher Business Studios, Glenmachan Place, Belfast BT12 6QH be appointed liquidator of the company
