At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at the offices of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton BN1 4EA on 28 February 2017 the subjoined Special Resolution was passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Garry Lock and Carl Jackson, both of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton BN1 4EA, (IP Nos: 12670 and 8860) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
