Notice is hereby given that on 2 July 2019, a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Annette Hunter, the sole director of LL (Group) Limited craving the Court inter alia that LL (Group) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC179036) be wound up by the Court and that Blair Carnegie Nimmo, KPMG LLP, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh EH1 2EG and Alistair McAlinden, KPMG LLP, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh EH1 2EG be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition, Lord Woolman by Interlocutor dated 3 July 2019 allowed any party claiming an interest, to lodge Answers with the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ within eight days after service, intimation or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
