At a GENERAL MEETING of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 44 St. Helens Road, Swansea, SA1 4BB on 12 April 2017 at 11:00 am the following resolutions were duly passed, No 1 as a Special Resolution and No 2 as an Ordinary Resolution.

1. “That the company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That J. M. Evans of H R Harris & Partners, 44 St. Helens Road, Swansea, SA1 4BB, be appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up”.

At the subsequent creditors’ meeting on 12 April 2017 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of J. M. Evans as Liquidator.
