Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened at Units 2 3 & 5, Harrison Drive, Braintree, CM7 7DE on 23 November 2021, the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution were passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Abigail Shearing (IP No. 10290) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Blenheim House, Newmarket Road, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 3SB and Tyrone Courtman (IP No. 7237) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE19 1SD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
