"That Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas Cusack (IP No. 17490) and David Perkins (IP No. 18310) both of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 1BY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
