At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Old Bank, 187a Ashley Road, Hale, Cheshire, WA15 9SQ on 30 January 2020 at 11:30 am the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Darren Brookes (IP No. 009297) and Molly Monks (IP No. 19830) both of Milner Boardman & Partners Ltd, The Old Bank, 187a Ashley Road, Hale, Cheshire, WA15 9SQ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
