“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that it is advisable to wind up the Company and, accordingly, the company be wound up voluntarily and that Danny Dartnaill and William Matthew Humphries Tait, both of BDO LLP, Kings Wharf, 20-30 Kings Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 3EX, (IP Nos 10110 and 9564) are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and are to act jointly and severally.”
