At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened, and held at Northern & Shell Building, 8th Floor, 10, Lower Thames Street, London, EC3R 6AF on 7 October 2020 at 11.00 am the following resolutions were passed:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) and Andrew Andronikou (IP No. 8806) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under act enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by one of them."
