Notice to unsecured creditors of intention to declare a dividend

I, James Neill of HNH Partners Limited, Jefferson House, 42 Queen Street, Belfast, BT1 6HL, was appointed Liquidator of the above named Company on 21 September 2015.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is my intention to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the above named Company, within four months of the last date of proving. The last date for creditors to prove their claim in order to participate in the dividend is 30 September 2019. Creditors should send details of their claim to the Liquidators office, HNH Partners Limited, Jefferson House, 42 Queen Street, Belfast, BT1 6HL.

A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it.

No further public advertisement of invitation to prove will be given.

THIS NOTICE IS PURELY FORMAL AS THIS IS A SOLVENT LIQUIDATION
