“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 14 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ be appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
