"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Simon Matthew Edwards (IP No. 008244) of Aaron & Partners LLP, 5-7 Grosvenor Court, Foregate Street, Chester, CH1 1HG be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
