At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Swan House, 9 Queens Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 4HE on 20 June 2022 at 1.30 pm the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that William Antony Batty (IP No. 8111) and Claire Howell (IP No. 23610) both of Antony Batty & Company LLP, Swan House, 9 Queens Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 4HE be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act either jointly and separately.”
