NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a general meeting of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Quantuma LLP, 14th Floor, Dukes Keep, Marsh Lane, Southampton, SO14 3EX, on 20 March 2017 at 3pm for the purpose of considering and if thought fit passing the following resolutions: No 1 as a special resolution and No 2 as an ordinary resolution:

1 `THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily'.

2 `THAT Carl Jackson and Andrew Watling, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.

Proxy forms must be lodged at Quantuma LLP, 14th Floor, Dukes Keep, Marsh Lane, Southampton, SO14 3EX, by no later than 12 noon on 17 March 2017.
