NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, Gareth Latimer, of Grant Thornton (NI) LLP, Clarence Street West, Belfast, BT2 7GP being Joint Administrator of the Company give notice of my intention to pay, within 2 months from 28 April 2017, a first and final dividend to non-preferential creditors of the Company.

All non-preferential creditors should submit their proofs of debt and documentation in support of your claim to me. Any non-preferential creditors who have not proved their debt before the declaration of this dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they are not participating, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt is proved. Notice is also given that the last day for receiving proofs is 28 April 2017.
