“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Daniel Taylor, of Fortis Insolvency Limited, 683-693 Wilmslow Road, Manchester M20 6RE, (IP No. 21050) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
