A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Lions Pier Limited (09771864 ) of Eastbourne Pier, Grand Parade, Eastbourne BN21 3EL, Mansion Lions Hotel, Grand Parade, Eastbourne BN21 3YS (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Event catering activities , presented on Friday 21 February 2020, at 10:00 by NPOWER LIMITED, of Windmill Hill Business Park, Whitehill Way, Swindon SN5 6PB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Companies Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 13 May 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
