At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held remotely on 31 May 2018, the following resolutions were passed: 1 and 3 as Special resolutions and 2 as an Ordinary resolution.

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Christopher David Horner, of Robson Scott Associates Ltd, 49 Duke Street, Darlington, County Durham DL3 7SD, be appointed Liquidator of the Company" and

3. "That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie"
