A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Links Projects Ltd (05601218) of Lexicon House, Third Avenue, Poynton, Stockport SK12 1YL, Lexicon House, Third Avenue, Poynton, Stockport SK12 1YL (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is building completion and finishing, presented on Monday 25 November 2019, at 10:30 by HAYS SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT LTD T/AS HAYS CONSTRUCTION & PROPERTY, of 250 Euston Road, London NW1 2AF claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Companies Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 15 January 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
