This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Hemal Mistry , of Horsfields, Belgrave Place, 8 Manchester Road, Bury, BL9 0ED.

The virtual meeting will be held as follows:

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1 The establishing of a Liquidation Committee;

2 .Horsfields be paid ÂŁ4,000 plus VAT and disbursements for convening the initial decision procedure and preparation of the statement of affairs;

3. The basis of the joint liquidators’ fees to be fixed; 4.Category 2 disbursements to be drawn by the liquidators.

To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Joint Liquidator by one of the following methods:
