NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that the Joint Liquidator intends to declare a First and Final Distribution to the unsecured creditors.

Creditors must send their full names and addresses (and those of their Solicitors, if any), together with full particulars of their debts or claims to the Joint Liquidators at Smart Insolvency Solutions Limited, 1 Castle Street, Worcester WR1 3AA by 3 January 2019.

The distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.

Note: It is anticipated that all known Creditors will be paid in full.
