Linford Group Limited entered liquidation on 26 October 2011. Linford Building Limited, and Linford Bridgeman Limited entered into liquidation on 27 February 2012. Richard Paul James Goodwin (IP No: 9727), of Butcher Woods Limited, 79 Caroline Street, Birmingham, B3 1UP and Edward James Kerr (IP No: 9021), of BDO LLP, Pannell House, 159 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1LD, are the appointed Joint Liquidators of the Companies (the "Liquidators"). The Liquidators intend to apply to Court for directions to pool the assets and liabilities of the Companies (the "Application").

A notice of the Liquidators' intention to issue the Application was issued to all known creditors of the Companies on 2 August 2018 (the "Notice").

Notice is hereby given that any creditor of the Companies who has not received a copy of this Notice, can request a copy of the Notice from the Liquidators by no later than 4.00 pm on 22 August 2018.
