Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened at MacIntyre Hudson LLP, Victoria Court, 17-21 Ashford Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5FA on 15 April 2019 the following special and ordinary resolutions were passed:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Paul Dante (IP No. 9600) of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, Victoria Court, 17-21 Ashford Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5FA and Paul Davis (IP No. 7805) of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."

At a subsequent meeting held on 15 April 2009, the creditors appointed Alexander Kinninmonth and Richard Brewer of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 3TY as Joint Liquidators.
