NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rules 14.28 and 14.29 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016, that the that the Joint Liquidators of the above company intend to declare a first and final dividend to creditors herein within a period of two months from the last date of proving.

The last day for delivering proofs is Wednesday 2nd January 2019.

Creditors who do not submit details of their claim, or submit details of their claim after Wednesday 2nd January 2019 will be excluded from any dividend payment.

The Prescribed Part does apply to the liquidation however it is anticipated that the remaining floating charge holder will be repaid in full. It will not therefore be necessary to calculate and make a Prescribed Part distribution to unsecured creditors.

If any creditor claim is rejected for any reason, the Joint Liquidators will, within 14 days after the last date set for receiving proofs, provide that creditor with a written statement detailing the reasons for rejecting the claim.
