Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 23 July 2019, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sarah Louise Burge (IP No. 9698) of Kingsbridge Corporate Solutions Limited, Business Hive, 13 Dudley Street, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN31 2AW be appointed as Liquidator of the Company."

At a subsequent meeting, the creditors appointed Charles Howard Ranby-Gorwood of CRG Financial Recovery Ltd, T/A CRG Insolvency & Financial Recovery, as Liquidator and that Sarah Louise Burge of Kingsbridge Corporate Solutions Limited was given her release.
