“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher John Ferguson (IP No. 22890) of RMT Accountants & Business Advisors Limited, Gosforth Park Avenue, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8EG be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.”
