NOTICE lS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the Company will be held at 46-48 East Smithfield, London, ElW lAW on 6 April 2016 at 11.15 am for the purposes provided for in Sections 99 and 101 of the Act.

A proxy form is available which, to enable a creditor to vote, must be lodged, together with a statement of claim, at the offices of Milsted Langdon LLP, 46-48 East Smithfield, London E1W 1AW, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting. The proxy form and statement may be posted, sent by fax or email.

Secured creditors may only vote for the balance of the debt, which will not be recovered by enforcement of the security, unless right to enforce is waived.

A list of the names and addresses of the Company's creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Milsted Langdon LLP, 46-48 East Smithfield, London, ElW 1AW, on the two business days prior to the meeting between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.

If no liquidation committee is appointed, the liquidator will write to creditors following appointment to outline the work he anticipates will need to be done in the liquidation and will provide creditors with details of his proposed fees and the likely expenses that he considers will be incurred during the winding up of the company's affairs. Separate approval from creditors to the basis of the liquidator's remuneration will be sought either by way of a resolution by correspondence or a further creditors' meeting.

The meeting will receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.
