NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the directors of the company are convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 8 December 2017 at 11:30 am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator. In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proofs by 4 pm on the business day prior to the meeting to The Timothy James Partnership, 59 Worcester Road, Bromsgrove, B61 7DN. Proxies must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting.

NOTE: the meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the meeting).
