"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Tailby (IP No. 9115) of MT Insolvency Limited, 21 High View Close, Hamilton Office Park, Hamilton, Leicester, LE4 9LJ and Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire, LE12 7NN are appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
