NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the decision by correspondence procedure is to be used to seek a decision from the creditors of the Company: 1) That a liquidation committee be established; 2) That the Liquidator be remunerated by reference to the time properly given by the Liquidator and his staff (calculated at the prevailing hourly rate) in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation as set out in the SIP 9 and the fees estimate.
