This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Director of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Nicholas Brendon Levens c/o Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, TN24 8DH.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. That creditors confirm the nomination of the joint liquidators appointed by the members and accordingly Ian Yerrill and Danny Allen of Insolvency 360 Limited remain as Joint Liquidators of the Company.

2. That a Liquidation Committee will not be established.

The meeting will be held at Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, TN24 8DH on 4 December 2020at 12.00 noon. This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors.

To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Joint Liquidators by one of the following methods: By post to: Yerrill Murphy, Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, TN24 8DH. All proofs of debt must be delivered by: 4pm on 3 December 2020.

All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener of chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 12.00 noon, on 4 December 2020.
