Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 19 October 2021, as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rehan Ahmed (IP No. 20390) and Tauseef A Rashid (IP No. 9718) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 14 Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7AA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."
