At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory LLP, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD on 11 December 2019 at 12.00 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and as ordinary resolutions respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) and Simon Carvill-Biggs (IP No. 15930) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
