The following resolutions were passed:

Resolution No 1 as a special resolution. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily, effective as at 3:00pm on 25 January 2018".

Resolution No 2 as an Ordinary Resolution. "That John Paul Sugden of Auker Rhodes Accounting Limited, Devonshire House, 32/34 North Parade, Bradford BD1 3HZ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up".

Both resolutions were passed unanimously.
