Notice is hereby given that on 26 October 2021, a Petition was presented to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Kenneth Pattullo acting in his capacity as appointed Trustee to the sequestrated estate of Mr. Raffiq Robert Abdul Jalil, craving the Court, inter alia, that LHP Solutions Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC556001) and having its Registered Office now at 12 Seymour Street, 1/L, Largs, Scotland, KA30 9AP but formerly at 51 Clydesdale Street Hamilton ML3 0DD be wound up by the Court and that Derek A. Jackson, Insolvency Practitioner, C/o Grainger Corporate Rescue & Recovery, Third Floor 65 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 2BX, be appointed as interim liquidator by Interlocutor dated 26 October 2021, the Sheriff appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Kilmarnock Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, St. Marnock Street, Kilmarnock, KA1 1ED within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
