"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lisa Alford (IP No. 9723) and Chris Parkman (IP No. 9588) both of Purnells, 5a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, near Falmouth, Cornwall, TR10 9EP be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."
